OUR PROCESSING
For more than two decades, ZIBO TAEHOON has been weaving a reputation for quality. Now, we are one of the leading companies in the plastic-sheet industry.
Manufacturing plastic sheets requires four different stages: Extruding, Weaving, Laminating, and Finishing and Packing. Our quality control process starts with an examination of purity of PE and PP granules, our primary sources for plastic sheet production. ZIBO TAEHOON only imports the highest quality of PE and PP granules. Plastic sheets made with PE are typically used as household, construction, agriculture, industrial covers. The mesh fabric is woven with HDPE (high density polyethylene) yarns, providing extra strength, and both sides of the fabric are coated with LDPE (low density polyethylene), making it 100% waterproof. PP has very similar physical properties to PE but is lighter-weight and generally more rigid than PE. PP also has a higher resistance to cracking, acids, electrolytes, chemicals, and organic solvents. Plastic sheets made using PP are typically weed barriers and sandbags.
Quality control and R&D are essential. ZIBO TAEHOON possess manuals for quality control for every stage of our process. The four-stage process includes: 1. Extruding: a random test of the combination ratio of primary sources; 2. Weaving: checking the consistency of the weight, width, color, and strength of yarn; 3. Laminating: checking the color coating and thickness of the fabric; 4. Finishing and Packing: doubly confirming the finishing touches and ensuring that all accessories are in the correct places.
Our motto is “Make today better than yesterday,” and we try to exceed the expectations of customers all over the world. ZIBO TAEHOON never stops investing in research and development, and we promise to continuously serve our customers by providing high-quality products at competitive prices.
